3. Ordering
By placing an order on killabrush.com, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected at the prices and on the terms stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability or suspected fraudulent activity.
A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

6. Product Information
We take care to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications on our Website are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions are entirely free from errors or that images exactly represent the product you will receive, particularly in relation to colour, which may vary depending on your screen settings.
KILLABRUSH® products incorporate BioBristle™ antimicrobial technology, which has been independently tested to ISO 22196. Product performance claims are made on the basis of this testing. Results may vary in everyday use conditions.
7. Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within [1–2] business days of receipt. Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. We recommend you inspect goods promptly upon receipt and notify us of any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours.
