Refund policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your KILLABRUSH® purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions set out below.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.


Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. We extend this to 30 days as a gesture of goodwill.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by a clear statement (for example, by email to customerservice@killabrush.com) before the cancellation period has expired.


Hygiene Exemption — Important Notice

Please note that under Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we are unable to accept returns of goods which have been unsealed after delivery where the goods are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

⚠ This means: if you have opened and used your KILLABRUSH® product, we may not be able to process a return unless the item is faulty. Brushes returned in unused, original condition with all original packaging intact are eligible for a full refund.


Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

        Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

        Unused and in the same condition as received

        In its original, undamaged packaging

        Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [hello@killabrush.com] with your order number and a description or photograph of the issue.

We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.


How to Return an Item

        Email customerservice@killabrush.com with your order number and reason for return

        We will provide return instructions and a returns reference number

        Package the item securely in its original packaging

        Send your return to the address provided by customerservice@killabrush.com

        We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Trade Orders

Refund requests relating to trade account orders should be directed to your dedicated sales contact. Trade account terms may differ from those set out here.
