Despatch Times

We aim to despatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 3pm (GMT) may be despatched the following business day.

Pre-order items are despatched on or around the estimated ship date shown on the product page and at checkout. You will receive a despatch confirmation email when your order is on its way.


UK Delivery

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 48

        Cost: £4.99

        Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days from despatch

        Tracking available via Royal Mail website

Express Delivery - DPD Next Day

        Cost: £6.99

        Estimated delivery: next business day when ordered before 3pm (GMT)

        Tracking available via DPD website with one-hour delivery window notification

        Saturday delivery available at checkout where offered


International Delivery

International — DHL Express

        Available to selected countries — options shown at checkout based on your delivery address

        Cost: calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight

        Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from despatch depending on destination

        Full tracking available via DHL website

        Import duties and taxes may apply at the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once despatched. We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided at the time of order.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.


Tracking Your Order

A despatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details will be sent to your registered email address when your order is collected by the carrier. Use the link provided to track your delivery in real time.

If you have not received a despatch email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at customerservice@killabrush.com


Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery:

        Royal Mail will leave a "Something for You" card and hold your parcel at your local delivery office for up to 18 days

        DPD will notify you by email or SMS with options to rearrange, redirect or leave in a safe place

        DHL will make a second delivery attempt and then hold the parcel at a ServicePoint location

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-despatch. An additional delivery charge may apply.


Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at customerservice@killabrush.com with your order number. We will raise an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
